Privacy notice

Sense Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through enrolment in our classes. We teach tech analysis training — risk management for technical analysis — to adults who enquire, enrol, or visit the room. This notice explains what we collect for that purpose.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the course or appointment you mean, an optional preferred date, and a message. If you telephone or email, we keep the correspondence we need to answer. When you enrol we also keep the seat, the fee, the deposit, attendance, and any access note you volunteered. We do not ask for a national ID number, a brokerage login, or account balances through this site.

Charts you bring to class are your teaching materials. Instructors see them in the room. We do not scan them into a marketing archive.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, to hold or release a seat, to take and reconcile a fee, and to tell you if a date changes. The lawful bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in running a small classroom safely. Where we keep tax and accounting records, we do so to meet a legal duty. We do not use your details to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or reduced to a count that no longer names you. Enrolment records, attendance, and fee receipts are kept for five years to meet accounting practice in Thailand. A consent choice for cookies is stored in your own browser until you clear it; we do not receive a copy of that choice on our server.

Sharing and international transfers

Academy staff in Thailand read the messages. We do not sell lists. A bookkeeper or our bank may see the fee record needed to issue or match a receipt. If you email us from outside Thailand, the message is still handled by staff here. Our mail host may process a message on servers outside Thailand in the course of delivery; where that happens we rely on the host’s ordinary transfer terms and keep the content limited to what you sent. We do not move enrolment files to a foreign marketing service.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a copy of data you provided in a portable form where that right applies. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. To use a right, email hello@sense-latticefield.click. We may need to confirm it is you before we release a record. Some records, especially paid receipts, must be kept for the retention period even after a deletion request.
