Terms of use and of study

These terms govern use of the website at sense-latticefield.click and enrolment in classes and appointments offered by Sense Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”), established in 2017, with its classroom at 78/9 Srinagarindra Rd, Bang Mueang, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270. By using the site or confirming a seat, you accept these terms. If you are booking for a colleague, you confirm you have authority to share their name and contact details for that booking.

The service

The academy provides tech analysis training focused on risk management for technical analysis: the Risk Sheet Intensive, the Desk Review, the Saturday Rule Studio, and closed groups quoted separately. Teaching is delivered by instructors in person, in English, using printed charts and a written risk sheet. The website describes those offerings and collects enquiries. It does not take payment, open brokerage accounts, or transmit orders.

Classroom examples use historical charts and simple arithmetic. Nothing on the site or in the room is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, or derivative. You remain responsible for decisions made at your own broker.

Seats and conduct

A seat is confirmed only when we have accepted your enquiry in writing and the deposit described on the fees page has been received. Dates published for October 2026 may be restated if an instructor is ill or the room cannot be used; if we cancel, the refunds page applies. You agree to arrive able to take part in English, to work from the printed materials, and to let other learners finish a point without recording them.

Audio or video recording of a class requires consent from the instructor and from every other person present. Phones stay away during working stretches so the pencil marks remain the material.

Intellectual property

The text, arrangement, printed packets, risk-sheet sequence, and photographs on this site are owned by the academy or used with permission. You may keep the packet and the sheet you complete for your own study. You may not copy the packet for a group who have not paid for seats, republish the field notes as your own teaching, or reuse the photographs. A short quotation with credit and a link to the relevant page is welcome.

Charts you bring remain yours. You grant the instructor permission to mark them during the appointment and to discuss them with the other instructor if that helps the review. We do not put your charts on the website.

Acceptable use of the site

You will not misuse the enquiry form, attempt to break the site, or present the academy as your own business. The form is for questions about classes. Messages that are unrelated are discarded.

Liability

Teaching is provided with reasonable care by the named instructors. To the extent Thai law allows, the academy is not liable for trading losses, missed markets, brokerage fees, or decisions you make after a class. Our liability for a cancelled or defective class is limited to the fees you paid for that class, except where the law does not allow a limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The room is a classroom with chairs, paper, and a fan. Please tell us about access needs when you write so we can say honestly whether the room can meet them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@sense-latticefield.click or by telephone on 023851130.
