Refunds and changes of date

These rules apply to fees paid to Sense Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. for the Risk Sheet Intensive, the Desk Review, the Saturday Rule Studio, and a quoted closed group. The classroom address is 78/9 Srinagarindra Rd, Bang Mueang, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270. Refund requests go to hello@sense-latticefield.click or by telephone on 023851130. We confirm by email what will be returned and when.

Eligibility and timeframe

If you cancel a named seat at least seven days before the first evening of the Intensive, before the Saturday studio, or before a Desk Review, the deposit and any balance already paid are refunded in full. If you cancel inside those seven days, the 30 percent deposit is kept and any balance you have already paid above the deposit is refunded. A closed-group quote follows the same clock, measured from the first scheduled hour, unless the written quote states a different notice period because instructors have already travelled.

If the academy cancels

If we cancel a class or appointment, you receive a full refund of what you paid for that booking, including the deposit. We may instead offer the next date. The refund is still available if you do not want the later date.

Rescheduling

A Desk Review can be moved once, without a fee, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the appointment. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the seven-day rule. An Intensive seat or a Saturday seat can be moved to the next published date of the same course if you tell us at least seven days before the first hour. Inside seven days, the deposit stays with the original date and the seat may be filled by someone else.

No-shows

If you do not attend and have not given the notice above, the fee for that session is not refunded. For the Intensive, missing one evening does not by itself cancel the other evenings; the fee covers the four-evening sequence and is not rebated evening by evening. We will share the printed notes from the evening you missed when you come to the next one, if copies remain.

Work already started and materials

A Desk Review that has already begun is charged in full; we do not refund elapsed teaching time. If a review cannot start because the instructor is absent, the full fee is refunded or the hour is rebooked, at your choice. Printed chart packets prepared for a named learner are not refundable once they have been printed. The 450 THB extra packet is not refundable after printing. Unused blank paper is not billed separately.

Method and processing time

Refunds are returned to the same method you used to pay the academy, in Thai baht. We send the instruction within 14 working days of agreeing the refund. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit. We do not refund in cash at the door except where the original payment was in cash at the room, in which case we agree a collection time by email.
